In case you may wish to return your item(s), please ensure that you follow the instructions given below in order to ensure a hassle-free and speedy refund.
Important:
Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

We offer 10 Days Return Policy
If the goods have been sold under any offer, discount, or clearance sale, then they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping charges have to be borne by the customers.
Amount would be refunded within 10 working days in the same account after receiving the goods in good condition, unless the product is damaged because of use, or the product is not in the same condition as you received it.
If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described’, you may request a replacement at no extra cost.
Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand-new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost, but it all depends on the availability of the item in stock
Exchange policy
We offer a 10-day exchange policy.
Once the goods have been opened it cannot be exchanged.
If by mistake you have ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We will replace it for you, but you will have to bear the transportation cost.
Exchange for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Smile Merchant
Cancellation Policy
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the order is confirmed, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
Terms:
You can only cancel your order if the products have not been shipped. If your cancellation is accepted, then your entire amount will be refunded, or you can get a credit note.
Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are not eligible for return or replacement under the standard policy. These are clearly marked on the product page before you purchase — we recommend checking before placing your order.

Hand sanitizers, patient education models and manuals, and normal saline
Any product listed as 'Short Expiry' on the product page — expiry details are disclosed.
