Implant Positioners are to be used as a measuring device, to plan what diameters( Narrow, Regular, Wide) implants will fit in the desired area of the mouth. It is used for paralleling and spacing when dealing with two or more consecutive implants.

It’s very easy to use.  

There are four discs that display diameters. After Flap opening and placing the disc(s) at the Implant Placement site, one can drill through the disc with a Round bur, to mark the center of the implant bed.
