Adjustable Any Tray [ Total 20 Trays ( 10 pcs Upper tray + 10 Pcs lower Tray ]

Adjustable any tray can be adjusted for various size of Dental Arch, even that of children.

Adjustable any tray can be transformed for any kind of impression such as Implant, Partial and edentulous Impression.

Adjustable any tray does not require any adhesive for taking impression.

Adjustable any Tray is not autoclavable.

Instruction to use

1. Unlock the Handle of tray by pushing at end of the cross bar.
2. Insert the unlocked tray in the mouth of the patient and adjust the tray to fit a size of the mouth by moving the cross bar of the handle.
3. After determining the comfortable size of tray in Patient’s mouth, push an end of the cross bar to lock the tray firmly.
4. Now take the impression.
5. For Open tray implant impression rectangular form of base located in a position of tray can be removed as per the Implant position.
6. For Partial Impression remove the pin of the hinge located in the middle of tray to separate the tray in two parts by any instruments like orthodontic plier, screw driver or Staple remover.
7. For Child or small dental arch of patients, remove a third of posterior by using a bur or disc.
8. For edentulous patients remove a marginal third of the tray by using a bur or cutting disc.
